All digital products (e.g., oracle deck, guidebooks, PDFs, audio files, meditations) are non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery. Custom digital products (such as personalized meditations) are also non-refundable due to the time, labor, and digital delivery involved.

Purchasing grants you a personal-use license only. You may not:

  • create derivative works

  • share the files publicly or privately

By scheduling a session, you agree to:

No guarantees

While many clients experience shifts, clarity, or relief through this work, SRL Well-Being LLC does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or transformations from:

  • coaching

  • intuitive guidance

  • ritual suggestions

  • meditation practices

  • digital products

All engagement is voluntary and results may vary.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRL Well-Being LLC and Stephanie Long (professionally known as Stevie Reneé) are not liable for:

  • any damages arising from use of this website

  • your interpretation or application of the content

  • decisions you make based on coaching, rituals, or intuitive guidance

  • issues arising from third-party platforms or service providers

  • delays, disruptions, or technical failures

You participate in all offerings at your own risk..
